Who we are

Dig Window provides locate ticket management software for underground-infrastructure contractors. We operate in Ontario, Canada. Questions about this policy go to contact@digwindow.com.

What this website collects

Nothing, directly. This site has no accounts, no forms, no analytics scripts, no advertising trackers, and sets no cookies. Our hosting provider and content servers keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to deliver the site and keep it secure, as almost every website's infrastructure does.

If you email us

We keep your message and our reply so we can respond and follow up. We do not sell your contact information or share it with anyone outside Dig Window, except service providers that handle our email.

The Dig Window product

Customer data inside the Dig Window application — locate tickets, utility responses, documents, map data — is handled under each customer's service agreement, not this website policy. Production data is stored in Canada (AWS Canada Central region).

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
